CIDCA chairman signs development cooperation document with Uruguayan FM

On Feb 3, witnessed by the heads of state of China and Uruguay, Chen Xiaodong, chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA), and Uruguayan Foreign Minister Mario Lubetkin signed in Beijing a memorandum of understanding on implementing the Global Development Initiative under the cooperation between the CIDCA and the Uruguayan International Cooperation Agency.
