CIDCA spokesperson: China ready to provide humanitarian assistance to Iran, Lebanon, Jordan and Iraq

On March 17, Li Ming, spokesperson for the China International Development Cooperation Agency, said the Chinese government expresses its sympathy and condolences to the people in Iran and other Middle Eastern countries affected by the severe humanitarian disasters resulting from the regional conflict.

Li said the Chinese government will offer urgent humanitarian assistance to Iran, Lebanon, Jordan and Iraq, in the hope of relieving the humanitarian plight faced by local residents. He added that the Chinese government will continue its efforts to help restore regional peace and stability as early as possible.
